U.S. BANK’S FALL PARADE OF HOMES IN
GALENA OCTOBER 16 – 17
GALENA, IL. Sept., XX, 2004 – U.S. Bank
will hold its second annual fall Parade of Homes in the
Galena area from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday,
October 16 and Sunday, October 17.
According to B’Ann Dittmar, U.S. Bank
Galena market president, this year’s Fall Parade
features nine newly-constructed homes, with the proceeds
of the tour benefiting both Habitat for Humanity of Jo
Daviess County and several local nonprofit agencies.
“The tour is a must for those looking to
soak in the gorgeous fall colors here while checking out
the quality workmanship of the builders in the area as
well as the latest trends in new home construction and
interior design,” said Dittmar. She added,
“Our goal is to
bring together people looking for ideas to build,
remodel or purchase a home of their dreams with local
builders and building suppliers.”
Last year, U.S. Bank was able to raise
more than $10,000 for Habitat for Humanity of Jo Daviess
County through the proceeds of the tour, in which 1,500
visitors took part.

Discounted parade tickets and maps can be picked up in
advance for $7 at Sullivans Foods in Stockton and at
U.S. Bank’s Galena offices at 115 Perry Street and 953
Gear Street, at U.S. Bank’s Dubuque offices at 435 John
F. Kennedy Road and at 270 West Seventh Street. Tickets
are available on the days of the event at any of the
Parade homes for $10. Children 12 and under are $5.
